This international standard specifies requirements for high visibility clothing that’s visually capable of signaling a user’s presence. This clothing is intended to provide conspicuity of the wearer in any light condition when viewed by vehicle operators or other equipment during daylight hours and under the illumination of headlights when it is dark.
